Sorry, I see I have not been clear again; this new problem is presented
for vdr-1.0.4, not 1.2, even if, changing the channel entry to be "1.2
compliant", I have the same result with the -icam firmware.

Switching to this channel makes the firmware "CA capabilities" "crash",
in fact, extracting the smart card from the cam (usually notified by
"Please insert your card"), the firmware does not notice anything and,
after this, it is not able to decrypt any other channel (that normally
works).

About the combination ll-firmware and vdr-1.2 I'm stuck: everything
works except decrypting (according to the prescriptions in cams.txt:
maybe you want to update it with this new status).
