Maybe this script:

cat channels.conf | sed 's/\(.*\):\(.*\):M64:C:\(.*\):160:80:0:32001:\(.*\):0:0:0/\1:\2:B6C0D\3:C:0:160:80:0:32001:0:0:0:0/' > channels.new

can do that, but the SID field must be filled in manually ...
