Nope. mplayer+dvdnav is near to unusuable. This could change, if someone 
at mplayerhq decides to do something against it ;). With seeing a Xine 
frontend is possible, a xine backend is maybe possible too ? Xine has 
IMHO the best dvd-navigation support at the moment.
