my Icecrypt Module works after applying your patch.
But now there is a problem with my Alphacrypt Module (FW 2.01).
After starting VDR and switching to Premiere 1 or Premiere 2 there is no picture.
After switching to another Premiere channel and switching back to Premiere 1 or Premiere 2 it works.

My observations:
First:
1. Starting VDR
2. Switching to Premiere 1 - No picture
3. Switching to Premiere 2 - OK
4. Switching to Premiere 1 - OK
5. Stopping VDR

This is a really bad behavior, because recording on Premiere 1 or 2 is not possible.
But why does it only happen on Premiere 1 and Premiere 2?
thank you for your observations. I'll try that at home if my CAM Irdeto 4.7 shows the same behavior.

The difference between Premiere 1/2 and other Premiere channels is the presence auf AC3. Are the AC3-PIDs set in your channels.conf?

Hi Hans-Peter,

you are right. It depends on the AC3-PIDs.
When first switching to an encrypted channel with AC3-PID set in the channels.conf, the screen stays black.
When I delete the AC3-PID in the channles.conf, it works immediately.

do you use AC3?

The Icecrypt Module should provide Betacrypt too. Did you try to insert the Premiere Smartcard in the Icecrypt Module?

How long did you wait after loading vdr? I tested your scenario with my IRDETO 4.7SE and there were no problems. After starting vdr there was a delay of 16 to 25 seconds before decrypting premiere channels. But this is normal because vdr waits 15 seconds after the initialisation of the CAM module.

Hans-Peter
