Yes, definitely. Stumbled over this one too, some time ago.

Another bug, probably DXR3 related: the volume level changes linearly
instead of logarithmically, i.e. the heard volume change per bar width
decreases from left to right.

Now, after warming up: frequently I have a stream that causes flicker in
the lower part of the DXR3 picture (H+ in my case). Some register tweaking
likely would help.

I will gladly help after solving my Nova-S problems... :/
