I'd prefer the casetronic ones... ( www.casetronic.com )
In Germany you might get one from www.mini-itx.de
They arre not as colorful, look more like typical stuff ;-)
about 159 Euros -
"quiet" depends on your needs - really quiet goes only without harddisk and a
fanless cpu...
