[vdr] System freeze - scanning recordings ...
Hello there.
For a very short time I am an owner of a Hauppauge Nexus-S:

Subsystem: Technotrend Systemtechnik GmbH: Unknown device 0003

I am running a gentoo system with a 2.4.20 kernel, glibc 2.3.2 and gcc 3.3.1.
Your Software is very nice. I can watch TV and everything works find. Thanks a
lot for providing such a nice tool, BUT, if I go to the recordings menu I
only get:
Aufzeichnungen werden durchsucht...
scanning recordings ...
And then the System freezes. I have to kill-9 it from another console. I first
tried 1.2.2 ... then the gentoo defualt 1.1.27, with the same behavior. I
deleted (sometimes) /video and tried various DVB-drivers, everytime with a
make clean && make in the vdr directory.

any clues would be greatly appreciated. If you need any additional Information
please let me know.
