Just change the ending :16387 to :0 and it will works again ;-)

With vim you could simply use:
:g/^[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*:[^:]*/normal 012f:c$:0
which will change every ends of line to :0 ;-)
