[vdr] ANNOUNCE: vdr-streamdev-0.1.0 _and_ -0.1.1beta1 (Client/Server Streaming)

Hi List,

you all know what this PlugIn does, do you? :-) If not, a short explanation 
is given at:

There you will also find both versions described here.

Since the modifications done to 0.1.1 incorporated some heavy remuxer 
restructuring, I'd say I put a 0.1.0 now and here. There's one bugfix over 
0.1.0beta4. The 0.1.1beta1 contains re-structured remuxers (taken from a 
current libdvb, see http://www.metzlerbros.org/dvb/index.html), with the 
possibility now to stream Elemetary Streams (yes @Rene Bartsch, now you 
_can_ stream radio channels to mpg123!), selectable in the HTTP Protocol 
via the URL (like http://host:port/ES/200).


CHANGES since 0.1.0beta4 (for the _final_ 0.1.0)
- Fixed thread-abortion timeout in server thread


CHANGES since 0.1.0beta4 (for the _beta_ 0.1.1beta1)
- Restructured remuxer code
- Added an ES-remuxer for radio channels (currently only manually)


Please, test and report if the new remuxer code works for all cases it 
worked before (possibly others too?).
