[vdr] Diseqc Codes

I have just received a 4 port Diseqc switch, which unfortunately came 
with no information at all, although I am trying to track some down.

It carries the "Diseqc 2.0" logo and I am wondering where I might find 
the hex codes I need for the conf file, to tell it which port to switch 
to. Googling to date has left me more confused than anything else.
