i think, i have an simular one ... is it ~10 cm * ~5cm * ~1,5cm in size
and the common input (input to the receiver) in the center of  the
five ports?

mine is from "elan sat", ds41P2 and also carries the diseqc2 logo
... but it never worked as it should ... :-((

in the mean time, i am near an "diseqc expert" but this helped me
nothing here .. it simple DOES NOT WORK (TM)

tried the option for commited & uncommited switches, sleep command
resets before every command, timeout imcreasing, ..... nothing work

i didn`t do the ultimate test (came now to my mind :-o )
... connect it to an commercial receiver and try it there FIRST .. 
it will save you lot of work :-)
