Sorry Sascha, but here you are completely wrong :-)

Since version 0.9.15 vdr-analogTV *fully* supports the hauppauge pvr-cards.

This is a big milestone for my plugin, because its the first time it
generates true MPEG-2 recordings from any analogue source :-)

And @Stefan Schenk:
Please download vdr-analogtv-0.9.16 from my homepage, and read the
enclosed README 2 .. 3 times - particularly the sections LIBDVB and PVR
are your friends! Please follow my instructions *step* by *step* !
