[vdr] ttxtsub plugin page setup

Hello,

With the ttxtsub I can reach page 100-00 on witch man says that there is 
a teletex page on page 888. I select page 888-01 that doesn't exists.

But how select page 888-00 ?

I can select 888-xx where xx is everithing but 00.

And is there a way to load YYY-00 page automaticaly instead of YYY-01 ?
