[vdr] Channel Euro1080

There is this particular channel which kills VDR totally.
There was, I think, a message about special CA which stops
new caids to be inserted.
I believe is was FF, there is a line in channels.c
channels.c:  if (caids[0] && caids[0] <= 0x00FF)
Now is the required CA in channels.conf actually
- :FF:
- :255:
- :0x00FF:
