[vdr] softdevice-0.0.4 plugin with Xv output method

Hi,

I made an extension for the softdevice plugin so that it is now possible
to run and view vdr via a "normal desktop" session.

Someone interested ?
If yes, should I post the diff to this list or to the author of this plugin ?
