[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] MHEG5 converter

Hello,
 
     I've just uploaded to sourceforge a program that will convert the MHEG5
     scripts transmitted in binary ASN1 format back to textual format, for use
     with the MHEG engines available on the net. Its not working fully yet as
     some tags cause problems (i.e. core dumps) and the output isn't totally
     correct according to the engine from http://www.prz.tu-berlin.de/~joe/mheg/mheg-intro.html , but its getting there.
