[vdr] GRAPHLCD: large logos for swedish channels

Hi!

I've made some channel-logo for use with the graphlcd-plugin - the channels
are;
SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, Barnkanalen, TV4, TV4 Plus, Kanal 5, CNN, Nickelodeon,
Animal Planet, E!, Canal+, Canal+ Gul, Canal+ Blå

Some of them are Swedish only channels, and some are int'l.
The pictures are in large format only - and some are not so nice looking -
but, I will try to improve them when I get some time ...

Together with the pictures that come with the graphlcd-plugin you get
pictures for all channels that are broadcasted by Boxer in Sweden.
