[vdr] vdr 1.2.6, commandline parameter "-r"

According to manpage the command given at the option "-r" is
"executed before and after a recording", it seems however, that it is also 
executed after a cutting-action.

This might be a feature, but has the unwanted side-effect, that the "noad" is 
started at the already cutted and noad-ified recording again wasting a lot of 
cpu-cycles.

Where and how it's best to correct that behaviour?
