[vdr] Re: Need help with Time Routines in TVTV Plugin

As I didn't get an answer I'll ask again......

All I need is someone to give me a hint how to determine the time offset 
between
my PC and GMT. I assume these is some simple way to do this. Or, maybe I can
convert a GMT time to my local time.
I assume there is some kind of system routine for this.
