[vdr] avi to vdr

Hi,

I want to convert a divx (620x272 and 23,96 fps) to vdr (001.vdr
and genindex) because i want to play it on my (slow) box.

I made some tests with transcode and mplayer but without success.

Is there a method with standard linux tools to make this conversion ?
