[vdr] Announce: Master-Timer 0.5.15

Master-Timer is:
A system for automatic timer creation -> automatic recording

Master-Timer is now 3 years old(young) :-)

Bugfixes:
- Splitting of joined timers was broken in 0.5.14
- The "nodone"-Feature wasn't functional
  (Thanks to Christian Jacobson for reporting this)
- Program resolv-conflicts.pl had a typo in the filename
- Added a notice that REs are matched case-insensitive
- Ignore timers with same start/end-time
  (Thanks to Christian Jacobson for reporting this)
- vdremu.pl won't delete a timer that is recording
- The "country"-matching didn't work
  (Thanks to Christian Jacobson for reporting this)

New Features:
- Restrict joining of timers to specific instances
- Supplying Data for another country/year Format
  (Thanks to Christian Jacobson)


P.S.
Revision 0.5.14 wasn't announced in this Maillinglist, as it was mainly
released for it's "vdremu.pl"-script to record with udrec (linux@dbox2)
(No, i don't use VDR on my DBox2)
