[vdr] Creating audio WAV from 00?.vdr

Hello,

I reorded a talk in TV and decided to just store the audio data of
this talk to get the most important contents from it.  I tried the
menu item "export Audio" from VDR but there was no visible result
(even if I searched in the file system after ssh-ing to the vdr box).

Moreover I'm not sure how to split the complete recording into
separate WAV files to get an index on the audio CD and not only
the whole recording.
