Hello list,

I am very interested by the hardware + software solution,
because my old 16:9 tv can be switched only from the scart.

If someone could help us to patch vdr, it would be great !

Somewhere in the vdr settings menu (DVB i think) you can set the aspect
ratio of your television. Just set it to 16:9 and the tv autoswitches to
16:9 mode on 16:9 broadcasts.
