The last file I sent applies cleanly over plain vanilla xmltv2vdr 1.0.5
Being within xmltv source's dir (as I infer from the quoted shell
commands quoted above), you should do patch -p1.

Anyway, if all what you'll be using is tv_grab_uk* you probably won't
need it. AFAIK tv_grab_es* are the only ones generating xmltv files
without stop time, which is the only thing that this patch fixes.
