Main part of noad is the logo-detection and scanning the record for sequences 
without logo. In german tv advertising comes (mostly) without any logos from 
the tv-station. The upcoming 04.x Version takes also audio-switching  between 
2.0/5.1 on some channels for ad-detection.

As i think that noad is usefull only for german tv i avoid the work of 
translation.
