Ok, I did some *no-signal* measurements with a rev. 1.3 and a rev. 2.1
board. With the 1.3 tuner you can see pulses on tuner pins 24/25/26,
while the 2.1 tuner mutes these signals (constant low or high).

Imho the ARM has problems with invalid data and crashes sometimes.

Obvious solutions:
- fix the ARM code
- disable the tuner
- cut these tuner pins ;-)
