Well, just edit the marks in VDR and make a realmpeg2 with vdrsync.pl...
This has the advantage to really sync audio/video and let you choose
which audio you want in (or only audio). So I still don't see an example
where the cutting could be usefull (only if you want to keep .vdr files
format, which I could understand).
