[vdr] 1.3.12 crashes when changing replay mode with menu on

Hi,

I just got a new remote-control, and with the help of its
unfamiliar layout I managed to crash the VDR.

The way to crash the VDR is the following:

Set "Show replay mode: yes" from the setup-mode.

Start playing of some recording. Open the VDR main-menu while
the recording is playing.

Press fast-forward/rewind/pause button while the menu is on. 
VDR crashes immediately and writes the following line to the 
/var/log/messages -file:
Jul 27 21:16:42 tiivitaavi vdr[2684]: ERROR: attempt to open OSD while
it is already open!

If the "show replay mode" is turned off, the crash won't happen.

I'm using VDR 1.3.12 with subtitles- and dvd-plugins.

Ps. The restart of the VDR does not cure the tv-output totally, after the
restart the screen was dimmed (like the menu background was still
on), but this was easily fixed by pressing the menu-key.
