hi
for the problem of some caracter for italian people i wrote some time
ago a patch, this patch work for osdteletext 0.3.2 i don't test it for
0.4 but i think that is ok go to www.kikko77.altervista.org select
download and ... Test it

I missed the announcement for 0.4, just tried it and it still doesn't 
map correctly the charset, e.g. instead of 'à' I see 'ä', instead of 
'è', '§' (this on italian teletext). On spanish teletext instead of 'ì' 
,'Ü', instead of 'ò', '^', instead of 'ù', '_', etc.
