[vdr] ANNOUNCE: sysinfo-0.0.3 plugin

Hello,

a new release of a plugin called sysinfo is now available. Sysinfo 
is able to show same info about the pc, cpu type memory quantity, 
kernel type, and the usage of the cpu and memory, cpu temp, mb temp,
Cpu fan rpm, mb fan rpm. all on osd.

changelog:
- Show the temperature of Main board and cpu (required i2c and lm_sensor
and customize sysinfosensors.sh)
- Show the fan rpm (required i2c and lm_sensor and customize
sysinfosensors.sh)
- Ok button now exit plugin
- sysinfo version now is display on osd
