[vdr] Test version 1.0rc3 of firmware 0x261d for AC3 replay

the hopefully the last release candidate for the final
firmware 0x261d.

New since test version 0.9b for firmware 0x261d:

      * Better handling of pid setting, from now on no
        single PCR pid will be lost even if not identical
        with the video or audio pid.

      * Reduced picture distribution in the transfer mode
        of VDR due picture underrun caused by the  AV offset
        of several channels.  This can lead to a longer
        duration for the AV synchronization (please give
        me some feedback).

      * Feedback for the driver of the status of the command
        queue, if and only if the driver uses this.

      * Really flush the TS queue if requested by the driver.

      * Better scheduling between the OSD and the Audio data
        transfer.  Should reduce audio drop outs even for
        the AC3overDVB patch of the VDR.

      * Support of the AC3 free flow payload format of the ORF.
