[vdr] osdpip and taste adaptions and others

On my pages on http://www.magoa.net/linux you can find adaptions to osdpip and 
taste to VDR 1.3.18.

On http://beejay.vdr-developer.org/patches/ you can find some patched versions 
of other plugins. Disclaimer: This is neither my site nor are those patches 
my work :-).
