[vdr] LNB sharing patch blocks DVB-T on 1.3.18

Hello

recently i reported that switching to DVB-T causes VDR to
emergency exit.
Meanwhile i did a reboot...

Now it is recording ESA at 12522 on DVB-S, and if i try to switch to 
DVB-T i get
"info: durch LNB blockiert!"

switching to an other "v" channel works.

That looks very much like the problem very first configurable 
LNB sharing patch.

Where is that 1.3.18-fixed-LNB_sharing.patch  based on?
