[vdr] [PATCH] Submenu-Plugin and corrected submenu patch

Hi!

Here's a patch for the submenu plugin to get rid of
(null)/plugins/MainMenu.conf:

The submenu patch for VDR is corrected, too. The new created
MainMenu.conf is no longer empty and it is read immediately after
creation:
