[vdr] Switch back to previous channel goes wrong

Hi,
when the channellist was modified then switching back to the previous 
channel jumps to the wrong channel sometimes.
For example:

A
B<-- active channel
C
D

After change of the list:

B<--
C
A
D

Now we switch to "D"

B
C
A
D<---

And now we switch back (pressing "0"):

B
C<--  wrong!
A
D

Not a serious bug ;-)) My VDR version is 1.3.18 - Iam to lazy to apply 
all patches...
