[vdr] [feature request] SVDRP GRAB option to send image as HTTP Response

Hi!

For remote grabbing the images I have to install a small httpd on my vdr's.
To work completly remote per SVDRP it is for me be a logic enhancement 
of the protcol.
My Problem is that I don't know much about C++ to change this to my needs.
