[vdr] vdr 1.3.20 deletes recordings while they are being watched

hello,

yesterday I was watching an old recording that had expired but not
been deleted when I started watching.  After two thirds of the film
the playback suddenly just stopped and VDR went back to live view, and
I could not see the recording in the menu any more.  At least in this
case there were plenty of other expired recordings available, too.

Could it be possible to add a check for not to deleting an expired
recording if it is being currently watched?
