Exactly, this was the point,
used the patch,
compiled VDR again,
try to compile vdrplugin-dvd-cvs(with ebuild), works great now

Are C.Y.M and Lord_Jaxom (nick from vdr-board.de user) the
same Person?
Yust to help me who is workin on different Places on same Things.
