This is done in the _firmware_ ... if you have trouble with some
channels, try to record with an older VDR (1.2.6 or < 1.3.18)
and replay the 001.vdr with tex_av_play. But note that the
recording should include _one_ PS1 PES stream, not more and
_not_ less. You may have look with the xlist tool from
the tools directory of the bitstreamout plugin, see for
PES frames with the id BD.
