That's right. But that's just to confuse non-official boxes. The stream is just a plain and simple H.264 one. There is no H.222 being transmitted. And like I said that's done on purpose. :-) So you won't need any H.222 knowledge, it's just about stopping vdr from being mislead. ;)
If it's an H.264 stream, then why did you mark it as MPEG (=2) in
ITV HD;BSkyB:11427:hC23M2O0S0:S28.2E:27500:3401=2:3402:0:0:10510:0:0:0
and not as
ITV HD;BSkyB:11427:hC23M2O0S0:S28.2E:27500:3401=27:3402:0:0:10510:0:0:0
