Hi!
I'm trying to compile the vdr-dxr3-0-2 from cvs with gcc 3.4.4 on a Gentoo system.
I get a lot of errors like this:
In file included from /usr/lib/gcc/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/include/g++-v3/cstring:49, from /usr/lib/gcc/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/include/g++-v3/bits/char_traits.h:45, from /usr/lib/gcc/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/include/g++-v3/string:47, from dxr3vdrincludes.h:26, from dxr3.c:10: /usr/lib/gcc/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/include/g++-v3/cstddef:52: error: `::ptrdiff_t' has not been declared /usr/lib/gcc/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.4/include/g++-v3/cstddef:53: error: `::size_t' has not been declared
I guess I made some common mistake and hope someone can help me.

Not solved, but I updated an ebuild from gentoo.de to pull the plugin out of the cvs instead. Seams to work fine now.
The ebuild needs some more work to do everything right. I can look into it if more people are interested.

Good, thanks for the report.

You may want to delay that a bit, version 0.2.3 of the plugin will be released really soon now(tm) (matter of days). And FYI, there's a separate list for discussion about the dxr3 plugin, see http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=112648

Thanks. I'll have a look at that one.
