has someone the experience with IPTV streaming of h264 hdtv channels to local network from VDR ? which software need to use for that ?

Yes it is, you have to use TS stream. It works for me with vlc using url like http://ip:port/TS/HDchannel.

You can use streamdev for it.
for iptv hdtv h264 ? are you sure ? does it really work ?
