Could anybody recall me why that change occured ? I don't find it on the mailing list archive:

2006-01-08: Version 1.3.38
- Adapted c(Dvb)Device::ProvidesCa() to the dynamic CA handling.
This was necessary because otherwise it didn't select the optimal device in case there are several CAMs.
