It seems to be a clone of Technisat SkyStar USB 2 HD CI from Technisat
Overview/Features
This is a USB 2.0 device capable of receiving DVB-S and DVB-S2 tranponders including a CI-Slot.

Making it Work
According to this post it should work with multiproto tree : [1] but I've not been able to find the driver.
