The TBS6922 is a PCIe DVB-S2 tuner. The TechnoTrend TT-budget S2-4100 is identical to the TBS6922.

Making it work

I.1 extract linux-tbs-drivers.tar.bz2 archive:

  1. tar xjvf linux-tbs-drivers.tar.bz2

I.2 go to driver package directory:

  1. cd linux-tbs-drivers

I.3 build and install the driver:

  1. make && make install

I.4 reboot in order to load the newly installed driver:

  1. shutdown -r now
