This card is very similar to the Typhoon DVB-T Duo Digital/Analog Cardbus adapter. By default it is recognized as UNKNOWN/GENERIC, subsystem: 4e42:2502.

I got it to work with:

 modprobe saa7134 card=60 tuner=63
 modprobe saa7134-dvb
