Nogatech Inc, was a Santa Clara, U.S.A., based manufacturer of integrated circuits used in video capture devices for image processing and compression, and also as USB bridges. Notable chipsets included the NT1003/NT1004/NT1005.
In August 2000, Nogatech was purchased by Zoran Corp., under whose ownership it became subsidary company.
