The TDA1002x range are DVB-C Demodulators from NXP (previously Philips).
NXP TDA10021
A DVB-C Demodulator used e.g. in the Philips CU1216 Tuner Module. The TDA10021 has been derived from the VLSI VES1820 and thus both designs seem to be quite similiar.
Documentation is available only when signing an NDA.
A Linux driver exists.
NXP TDA10023HT
The TDA10023HT is a single-chip DVB-C channel receiver for 4, 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256 QAM modulated signals. The device interfaces directly to the IF signal, which is sampled by a 10-bit ADC inside the TDA10023HT.
