The dvbd doesn't work for me, either.
Fortunately you can still use CyberLogin with the new proxies.
Just point your suid/browser to a new proxy address
(glop113.europeonline.net or glop115.europeonline.net), add
"login=username:password" to the "parent" line in the squid conf and,
hopefully, enjoy. It works for me with the old 0.004 dvb driver on
2.2.14 kernel.

Also I noticed that rebooting the system helps every time when it stops
working.
