CIM Card for Hauppauge WinTV-DVBs in UK/Europe

Hey,

Does anyone happen to know where in the UK or Europe I can buy a CIM
card online for the Hauppauge WinTV-DVBs?

The only place I've seen one listed is on the german Hauppauge site, but
they don't give a list of retailers.

If not, maybe someone knows if the WinTV-DVBs can use the same type of
card as the TT-DVB?
